AI visibility · 59 AI crawlers covered
KI-Console by Alpasana GmbH (Safenwil, Switzerland) checks for free and without registration whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and other AI systems can read your website. The scan evaluates robots.txt per RFC 9309, sitemap, page structure and new signals such as Content-Signal, and gives an honestly weighted score from 0 to 100. Daily monitoring starts at CHF 19 per month.

From uncertainty to control
Check first, fix what matters, then prove it: so you know whether AI crawlers really reach your content instead of guessing.
Enter a URL and get a live 0-100 score for crawler access, metadata, structured data, sitemap and llms.txt.
A free account verifies your domain and gives you basic recommendations. From Starter, AI recommendations and generators for llms.txt and sitemap.xml are added.
Even on the free plan, the tracker shows which AI crawlers visit your website. From Starter, KI-Console checks daily and emails you when the score drops. You can list verified websites in the AI register if you wish.
What you can fix
See whether GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, Claude-User, PerplexityBot, Googlebot and other key crawlers may read your public pages. The evaluation follows the robots standard RFC 9309, wildcards included, so you do not chase false alarms.
From Starter, generate an llms.txt that summarizes your most important pages for AI agents. Honestly: no major AI provider has committed to using it. That is why it carries little weight in the score.
Confirm that your sitemap.xml is reachable, valid and where crawlers look for it (robots.txt or /sitemap.xml), so your important pages get found.
Detect whether important text only appears via JavaScript. Some AI crawlers do not run JavaScript and miss such content.
Install the tracker, even on the free plan, and see real AI visits instead of guesses, including live fetches when someone asks an AI about you. KI-Console recognizes 59 crawlers; server log upload is available from Starter.
The scan also checks Content-Signal in robots.txt (what AI may use your content for) and whether your page serves Markdown to AI agents on request. Both are still rare, so they carry little weight in the score and never turn red.
One-click tracking for WordPress, no code: install the plugin, paste your tracking key, done. The AI crawler list updates itself — new AIs are detected without an update.
Download plugin More about the WordPress pluginFrom Starter you get an email when a score drops, a blocker appears or a verified site loses important signals, so you catch regressions early.
Website security
Some manipulations are not visible in the browser: hidden links, cloaking, or obfuscated JavaScript. The free scan checks six signals without installation and turns red only when there is evidence.
Crawler types
KI-Console tracks 59 documented agents and separates live fetches, training crawlers and search crawlers so the signal is clear.
Did you know? “Read this page” in ChatGPT does not arrive as GPTBot but as ChatGPT-User. KI-Console detects both. User-triggered fetches like this do not always follow robots.txt.
A person asks ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity about your website and the fetch happens at that moment. Agents: ChatGPT-User, Claude-User, Perplexity-User, Amzn-User, Google-Agent. Some of them (such as ChatGPT-User, Perplexity-User, Google-Agent) do not always follow robots.txt.
GPTBot, ClaudeBot and others collect content for future model versions. They come on their own if robots.txt allows them; whether and when is up to the provider.
Googlebot, Bingbot, PerplexityBot, Amzn-SearchBot and meta-webindexer build the search indexes that AI Overviews, Copilot, Perplexity, Alexa and Meta AI can draw answers from. PerplexityBot serves search, not training. Classic visibility remains the foundation.
No one can summon these crawlers on demand. KI-Console helps make your website easy to read and proves the visits that the tracker or your server logs record.
IndexNow
IndexNow reports changed URLs to Bing, Yandex, Seznam and Naver. DuckDuckGo and Microsoft Copilot rely on Bing, and other AI search services use third-party search indexes. Faster Bing indexing can therefore mean faster visibility in AI answers, but it is not guaranteed.
Engines: Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver. Indirect reach: DuckDuckGo, Microsoft Copilot and other services using Bing data.
There is no direct push channel to AI crawlers; IndexNow is a fast, open route via the search indexes.
Plans
The public scan is a one-time diagnosis. Accounts add verified websites, saved history, alerts, recommendations and proof over time.
The homepage scan runs anonymously, needs no login and stores nothing permanently. A free account lets you register and verify one website, save one scan per month with history and work through the basic recommendations.

Why stay active?
A relaunch, plugin update or expired certificate can turn yesterday's 100 into a blocker. Monitoring catches that early.
Visits in the tracker or server logs show whether training crawlers reached your site and whether a live ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity request arrived.
Your score only tells half the story. Ongoing comparison shows whether others are catching up.
Straight answers
KI-Console does not sell magic visibility. It makes your website more readable for AI systems and shows evidence where the tracker or logs provide it.
You see whether important AI crawlers are allowed, whether the sitemap and llms.txt are usable, whether your page looks readable without heavy JavaScript, and what to fix first. llms.txt carries little weight in the score because no major AI provider has committed to using it.
The crawler catalog follows the vendor pages of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Amazon and Meta and covers 59 agents, including newer ones such as Google-Agent, Amzn-SearchBot, meta-webindexer and OAI-AdsBot. The scan evaluates robots.txt per RFC 9309 and checks Content-Signal and Markdown for AI agents. Signals without a commitment from major providers, such as llms.txt, are deliberately weighted low.
SEO helps search engines index and rank pages. AI visibility also depends on crawler permissions, machine-readable summaries, structured data and proof that bots can reach the content.
With the free account you verify your domain, save one scan per month with history and see via the tracker which AI crawlers visit. From Starter you add daily scans, email alerts, AI recommendations and generators for handover files.
No. No provider can honestly guarantee that an AI system will crawl, index or mention a website. KI-Console helps you remove technical barriers and proves visits where the tracker or logs show them.
No. Use both. Google Search Console covers Google Search performance; KI-Console focuses on AI crawler accessibility, handover files and monitoring for AI visibility.
Yes. The public scan performs live technical checks. Account features add verification, history, monitoring, generators and AI-assisted recommendations.
KI-Console detects 59 documented agents across live fetches, training crawlers and search crawlers, including ChatGPT-User, Claude-User, Perplexity-User, Google-Agent, Amzn-User, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, meta-webindexer, Googlebot and Bingbot. The list follows vendor documentation and is updated continuously.
