Withdrawal
This withdrawal information is intended for consumers in the EU or EEA who conclude a distance contract for KI-Console digital services. Business customers and Swiss customers may not have the same statutory withdrawal right.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Alpasana GmbH, Farbweg 18, 5745 Safenwil, Switzerland, website@ki-console.com, by a clear statement such as an email. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
Sending the statement before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method where possible unless otherwise agreed.
If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for the service already provided where applicable law permits this.
For digital content or digital services that are provided immediately, the withdrawal right can expire if performance begins before the end of the 14-day period with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost or limited as allowed by law.
For paid subscriptions we obtain the consumer’s express consent, before the service begins, that performance starts immediately, together with acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract. The flow confirmed at checkout is authoritative.
