Run a live check before generating files. Missing robots.txt, broken sitemap links, noindex rules, or JavaScript-only content change what the file should say.
Publish llms.txt and sitemap.xml where crawlers expect them. Avoid depending on a hosted landing page if your own root file is the actual signal.
