Terms
These terms apply to KI-Console at ki-console.com and to all related SaaS functions provided by Alpasana GmbH, Farbweg 18, 5745 Safenwil, Switzerland.
Different or additional terms of a customer apply only if Alpasana GmbH has accepted them in writing.
KI-Console scans websites for AI readiness. The service checks robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, HTML/meta signals, readability for crawlers, and whether selected AI crawler user agents such as ClaudeBot, GPTBot, Google-Extended, PerplexityBot, and CCBot are allowed.
Depending on the plan, KI-Console stores scan history, generates llms.txt and sitemap.xml files, monitors changes, sends alerts, compares competitor domains, provides public badges and reports, and maintains a public directory plus machine-readable AI register. Paid plans include default listing in the public directory and AI register with opt-out.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. KI-Console can improve technical readiness and transparency, but does not guarantee inclusion in any AI index, actual crawling by any AI system, search ranking, traffic, revenue, or listing in third-party AI products.
Users must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials confidential, and notify us of suspected misuse. We may refuse, suspend, or delete accounts if required for security, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or non-payment.
Email verification, password reset, and security messages are part of the account operation.
By submitting a domain, the user warrants that they own the domain or are authorized by the owner to run KI-Console scans, verification checks, monitoring, and related crawler requests for that domain.
Available plans are free, starter, business, and agency. The free plan allows one website and one scan per month. Paid plans provide the functions shown on the pricing page before purchase.
Paid plans run monthly unless agreed otherwise. A subscription renews for another month unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period unless we confirm another date.
Prices are displayed before purchase. All prices are shown and billed in Swiss francs (CHF) worldwide, regardless of language or country, unless another agreement applies.
Stripe is not yet integrated. During the current phase, billing is handled manually by email invoice and the selected plan is activated by an administrator.
Once online payment is available, payments may be processed by a payment service provider such as Stripe. The checkout, privacy policy, and processor notices will be updated before activation.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Any statutory Swiss value added tax (VAT/MWST) is shown on the invoice where applicable. For customers outside Switzerland, additional taxes or duties may apply depending on the country and are borne by the customer. Invoices are due within the payment period stated on the invoice unless agreed otherwise.
EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. Details, effects, and the model withdrawal form are set out on the separate Withdrawal page.
For digital services that start immediately at the customer request, the withdrawal right can expire or compensation may be owed where the law allows this and the required express consent and acknowledgements are obtained.
We operate KI-Console with reasonable care, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific uptime unless expressly agreed in writing. Maintenance, hosting issues, third-party outages, security measures, or force majeure can restrict availability.
Scan results and recommendations are informational technical assessments and may be incomplete, outdated, or affected by network, hosting, crawler, DNS, TLS, robots.txt, or third-party changes.
To the extent permitted by law, Alpasana GmbH is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, loss of data where backups were the customer responsibility, reputational harm, third-party AI system behavior, search ranking changes, or failed crawling by third-party bots.
Mandatory liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, and mandatory consumer rights remains unaffected.
KI-Console software, design, reports, texts, marks, badges, and generated templates remain protected by intellectual property law. Customers retain rights in their domains, website content, and submitted data.
For paid plans, the publication licence for directory, badge, public report, and KI register metadata is granted by default as part of the plan and can be revoked at any time via opt-out. For free accounts, the licence is granted only after opt-in.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the product information, but these terms govern the contractual use of the service.
We may update these terms when the product, law, billing model, or security requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable form. If a customer does not accept material changes, they may cancel the paid plan to the end of the current period.
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Alpasana GmbH / Safenwil, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
If a provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic and legal purpose, where legally permissible.
